How can a company connect with their customers during the Corona crisis? Via Instagram livestream, for example. That is what global rug and textiles furnishings provider Jaipur Living is doing. Every Wednesday in April, the company runs the Instagram Live series Trade Talk, where influencers and experts from the design industry share their thoughts and ideas on design questions and Jaipur products with the viewers and are also open to their questions.
According to Carl Henrickson, Director of Brand and Digital Marketing for Jaipur Living, the feature has been very well received. “We want to help trade professionals connect with each other digitally during this time of social distancing,” he says. Jaipur Living's first guest was licensing partner Nikki Chu, designer and lifestyle expert. The "live videos" can still be viewed online.
