In the 2024/25 financial year, Otto increased its GMV by 9% to over €7 billion. Revenue according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) rose by 5% to €4.4 billion. Key growth drivers were Otto’s own retail business, the marketplace (up 24%) and Otto Advertising (up 25%).
The number of active customers grew by 4% to 12.2 million. The marketplace now accounts for 40% of total GMV. Despite a weak economic environment, Otto outperformed the market, which grew by only 3.5%.
