Heimtextil 2026: Expanding into a global hub for carpets

Heimtextil in Frankfurt is set to further strengthen its role as a key platform for the international carpet industry in 2026. The Carpets & Rugs segment will move into the larger halls 11.0 and 12.0, expand to hall 11.1 and, for the first time, be presented across four levels. The new Flooring & Equipment section in hall 12.0 will add non-textile floor coverings to the portfolio.

Confirmed exhibitors include Balta, Hanse Home Collection, Lalee, Merinos, Oriental Weavers, Ragolle and Universal XXI. Once again, Belgian Textiles by Fedustria will highlight the high-end products of Belgian manufacturers. Hall 11.0 will showcase hand-made rugs from India, while hall 11.1 will feature joint stands from China and India. In hall 3.0, exhibitors will present within the DecoTeam and its Design Lounge, including Paulig, Golze, Theko and Tisca.

New in 2026 is the Future Floor area in hall 12.0, focusing on sustainable materials, innovations and industry trends. Expert talks, guided tours and networking formats will round off the programme. More detailed information on Heimtextil 2026 will be available in the upcoming October issue of Carpet Home.
