At the British Victoria Group, which includes machine-made rug manufacturers Balta Home and Ragolle, a change in leadership is due in mid-2026. CEO Philippe Hamers has announced his intention to step down from his position in the middle of the year.
Hamers took over the role in 2017 and expanded the flooring group through an ambitious growth strategy, increasing annual revenue from GBP 330 million (EUR 379 million) to GBP 1.12 billion. The company is currently focusing on an efficiency programme aimed at reducing debt and improving its credit rating.
