The objective of the proceedings is the permanent stabilization and continuation of the home furnishing retailer, which was newly founded in October 2025. According to a press release, these issues have now been largely resolved, allowing business operations to continue without restrictions. All locations remain open, the supply of goods is secured, and all customer orders are being processed as usual.
