KHG (Krieger / Höffner) exits Begros

The central purchasing and administrative company of the Krieger/Höffner Group, KHG, officially resigned as a shareholder from the Begros purchasing association on 30 April 2026. The association informed its business partners of this move in a recent circular. To ensure an orderly transition, a specific transitional arrangement was agreed upon between Begros and the management of KHG. According to this agreement, the use of Begros brands remains permitted within a run-off period until 31 December 2026 at the latest. During this timeframe, existing exclusive and branded products can still be sourced via commission business. However, newly defined Begros products that were not previously part of the KHG range will no longer be included. This strategic separation marks the end of a long-standing partnership within the furniture and interior retail sector.
