Victoria PLC Restructures Management

The international flooring group Victoria PLC, which includes the brands Balta Home and Ragolle, has announced a change in its leadership. Group CEO Philippe Hamers will step down from his position on 30 June 2026. Following his departure, the company will not appoint a direct successor, and the principal operating divisions will be led directly by their respective management teams. COO Roberto Moreno will continue to head both the rugs and North America divisions. The UK Flooring division will be led by Steve Byrne, while Francisco Carvajal will head the ceramics division. The departing CEO Philippe Hamers will continue to support the group as a director of the Australian business and as chairman of the UK Flooring division.
