For the second year in a row, UK-based Victoria Group – which includes rug manufacturers Balta Home and Ragolle – has reported declining revenues. In the 2024/25 financial year, earnings fell by 9.1% to GBP 1.12 billion (EUR 1.29 billion). The group experienced significant losses particularly in the UK and Europe.
Sales of textile floor coverings, rugs, artificial grass, design flooring and underlays in these markets amounted to GBP 581.2 million (–8.6%). Revenue from ceramic tiles dropped to GBP 280.2 million (–12.6%). Victoria reported sales of GBP 150.0 million in North America (–8.1%) and GBP 103.7 million in Australia (–2.3%).
Group EBITDA fell by 28.5% to GBP 113.7 million, while operating profit declined sharply to GBP 29.5 million (–59.6%).
