Jysk: Rami Jensen is new President and CEO

Rami Jensen is the new President and CEO of Jsyk. He succeeds Jan Bøgh on 1 September 2023. The 44-year-old officially joined the company a year ago as Deputy President and CEO. In his new position, he now has overall responsibility for more than 3,300 stores in 48 countries and more than 30,000 employees.

"I am very excited to fully assume the role of President and CEO. Jysk is a company that has consistently delivered record results and growth since its inception in 1979. It is quite a task to achieve this, but I am sure that by staying true to Jysk's core values we will continue to grow and develop the company," says Rami Jensen, who has spent most of his career at Jysk.

After training at the Esbjerg branch, he worked his way up through the company, eventually becoming part of the management team as Executive Vice President of Business Development. In 2018, Jensen took over as CEO of Ilva, a retail company in the Lars Larsen Group, before returning to Jysk in 2022. Rami Jensen lives with his family in Silkeborg, Denmark.
