Poland: XXXLutz acquires full ownership of BRW Group

The XXXLutz Group has agreed to acquire the remaining 50% of BRW Group, making it the sole owner of the Polish furniture retailer and manufacturer. The transaction is subject to approval by the competition authorities.

BRW Group (Black Red White Group) is one of Poland’s largest furniture manufacturers and retailers. The company operates 82 own stores, collaborates with around 300 distribution partners, and exports furniture to over 30 countries. Its production activities will continue to be managed independently.
